Location is great for travelling around the city as it’s straight across the road from the main train station and next to an underground, bus and tram service. An all day ticket lets you travel on any of these modes of transport all day for approx £10. It is also close to good restaurants and the train station has lots of cafes, snack bars etc., some open 24 hours. The hotel is modern and we found the room to be pleasant, comfortable and good value for money. We were facing the inner court yard which because it was winter was quiet. It has a rooftop garden and bar which we didn’t get time to visit on this short trip. The restaurant looked good but again we didn’t get time to eat in it so I cannot review on the food. Hotel has a luggage room and they were happy to keep our luggage before check in and after check out on the day of arrival and departure, free of charge. Check in and out through the app makes it fast and easy.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine welcome that immediately made me feel at home. Ventsislava's professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. She efficiently handled my check-in process, taking the time to explain all the hotel amenities and answering my questions with patience and expertise. She is a true asset to the hotel and exemplifies the best of what hospitality should be. Thanks to her exceptional service, I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

A very comfortable hotel in a great location, only 5 minute walk to berlin central station and tram access right outside. Some might want to be in more hip neighbourhoods but the hotel and access to anywhere in the city quickly made this a great base to explore berlin. Breakfast was very good and gave a great start to the day. We also used the in-house restaurant Gambinos and again was very good. On the 6th floor there is a nice late bar called the apartment which was nice for a glass of wine to reflect on the day. Overall a great hotel we'll located for public transport with good size rooms and a great breakfast to start the day.

I was super lucky to get an upgrade to a better room type. I wasn't told, but I found out another time I booked the same toom type and it was a whole different experience. For this room type I have to say the value for price was amazing. Spacious room, huge bed and even a bath tub. I would definitely recommend choosing the comfort room after I have seen how big the difference is to the standard one – if you care for good sleep and a quite stay. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was really good with many healthy and tasty choices. Overall a very good experience due to the room type I had this time.

Very good amenities and super nice staff. The employees were extra helpful and nice to our 2,5 yo daughter. They were attentive to bring a high chair and even took a photo of us with the Christmas tree. The breakfast was also very qualitative. We also liked the fact that the secured car park was close by, although quite expensive on top of the room price (27e per 24hours). Our room was super quiet, the bed was comfortable and they even prepared the sofa bed in advance for our daughter. Overall very nice stay.
